Meet Viviana & Paulo
A Nossa Casa means “Our Home” — and that is exactly what we created.
We are Paulo and Viviana, husband and wife, partners in life and in business. Together, we built A Nossa Casa to share the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Portugal with our community.
Paulo is the heart of the kitchen. As chef and co-owner, he brings authentic Portuguese recipes to life with passion, technique, respect for tradition, his parents’ legacy and most important of all: LOVE. From perfectly cooked seafood to grilled meats and classic regional dishes, every plate reflects generations of culinary heritage and a commitment to quality.
Viviana is the welcoming spirit of the dining room. As manager and co-owner, she ensures that every guest feels like family the moment they walk through the door. Her attention to detail, warmth, and dedication to service create an experience that goes beyond food — she makes it feels like home!
